Today in Africa, women will spend millions of hours collecting water. Time that could be spent learning, earning and leading their communities.

The long daily trips to collect water are dangerous and put women’s lives at risk. That’s time that could be spent on education or earning income. water4Her aims to bring water and life skills training to over 100,000 women and girls across communities in four East African countries.

  • UNDERSTAND the significance of how lack of clean water access is a key barrier to women’s empowerment and share the urgency of our mission with others.
